    Restructured the product org from 2 directors over 8 PMs to 3 directors over 9 PMs. The third director role (platform) was created to give the platform team a stable owner; previously platform had been split across consumer and growth, and decisions were getting stuck at the director-level escalation point. Velocity on platform work doubled in the first quarter after the split.
