    Common Questions

    • How do I cancel my subscription? Open Bloom → Settings → Manage Subscription, or go to your Apple ID subscription settings.
    • How do I delete my account? Open Bloom → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.
    • How do I restore my purchases? Open Bloom → Settings → Restore Purchases.
    • My data isn't syncing. Make sure you're signed in and have an internet connection. Try Settings → Sync Now.
