Description of Service

Bloom is a career journaling app that helps professionals track accomplishments, generate performance reports, and receive AI-powered career insights. Bloom is free to start: typed journal entries are unlimited, and Bloom automatically tags your first ten entries by category, skills, and challenge type. Bloom Pro unlocks voice journaling, Reflect, performance reports, Period Recap, LinkedIn and X drafts, salary lookup, and continued automatic tagging beyond the first ten entries. Bloom Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly), with a 7-day free trial available to new subscribers on supported plans.

Subscriptions

• Bloom Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Current plan names, prices, and renewal periods are displayed on the in-app paywall before purchase, in your local currency, and may change from time to time.
• A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers on supported plans
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period if a trial applies
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting your Bloom account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — that must be canceled separately in your Apple ID settings.
• If we change the renewal price of your subscription, you will be notified by Apple before the change takes effect, and existing subscribers retain their current price for the period required by Apple's price-preservation policy
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy.

User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you create in Bloom (journal entries, notes, profile information, and any image attachments you upload)
• By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your content through our AI services solely to provide app functionality
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide
• For any image, screenshot, or document you attach to an entry, you represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to upload and store that file, and that doing so does not violate any law, contract, confidentiality obligation, or third-party right (including intellectual property and privacy rights). You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, abusive, harassing, sexually explicit, or that contains malware. We may remove any attachment that we reasonably believe violates these terms.

AI-Generated Content

• Bloom uses AI to generate insights, reports, coaching responses, and skill suggestions
• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional career advice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it professionally

Third-Party Platform Drafts

Bloom can generate draft posts for LinkedIn and X based on your recent entries. Drafts are shown to you for review and are only shared when you actively choose to share them; Bloom does not post on your behalf. When you tap to share, the draft is handed to the LinkedIn or X app or website using their standard composer, and from that point the post is governed by that platform's terms and privacy policy. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish, including its accuracy, legality, and any consequences of publication. Bloom is not responsible for the actions, policies, availability, or moderation decisions of those platforms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Circumvent any security measures or rate limits

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to career decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Apple's Standard EULA

These terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal. In case of conflict, Apple's EULA takes precedence.
